Dolibarr 10.0.0. Login Problem

hi everyone, my name is aldo, and I’m a beginner with dolibarr. after the installation it keeps asking me to log in for every click on each tab, I have searched and followed already several suggestions, but the problem remains. The destination is reachable and with all the appropriate privileges, the sessions are saved and the files are not empty.

Are you using Linux, Windows, Mac? if Linux what database, MariaDB or MySQL? What does it mean by each TAB?
