Using web version 14.0 of dolibarr after installing plugin i have blank issue when clicking on modules i decided to resolve issue would be to do full backup and restore any suggestions and advice.

I thought the safest option would be to create another subdomain and upload dolibarr there restore backup and then delete old version after testing let me know your suggestions thanks

If you have a blank page, just remove the plug-in files in custom directory.

Where is this directory located please ?
Also unable to update address may be related
There is a custom folder in your dolibarr folder

deleted tos in custom folder all working now, address updated and modules now thanks you for all your replies and patience
