Does it take long to deliver them. Paid for it this morning.

No idea, have you contacted the developer?
Just emailed them again. I emailed the dollistore earlier, guessed they may have had an idea if they are hosting/selling the products on behalf of someone else.
Have the French documentation delivered via pdf but no VM OVA
