My dolibarr on Windwos wont start. I tried re-installing 3.9 but still it wont start. I just get the http://localhost/dolibarr/install/ page and it is blank. Any ideas what has gone wrong and how I can rectify it?
Should I try a complete uninstall and fresh new install??? Will I lose my data if I do this???
