Just like themeforest (https://themeforest.net/) that allows public comments, questions about plugins, do we have any timelines requirement to answer the queries raised by customers or prospects on their product sold on dolistore please…?
Currently, there is no communication channel between customer and seller on dolistore.
If you need this, for the moment, you must offer it yourself, for example into the tab “About” in your modules.
Customer can communicate with any vendor once a module is bought.
But without possiblity of writing comments or questions in the official module page of Dolistore, buy a module will still being a lottery.
The logical thing is that a client who has bought a module can rate the module or the attention/support if he has needed it. This also could help others to buy or not a module.
You are not the only one to request this, and we already asked this question to the Dolibarr Association board.
So far we were enabled to convince them.
Thanks for the updates… When I buy few modules, this was an obvious thought… Good that you are working on this type of issues… Please update us whenever there is some break through on this topic.
