Email attached files

Hello,

We are working on Dolibarr version 18, and whenever we want to send an email, the attached document (invoice or proposal) won’t attach.

Any help?

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Compose Email:
  • Open your email application and start composing a new email. It’s like writing a letter.
  1. Look for Attachment Option:
  • Find a paperclip icon or an “Attach” option in your email tool. This is where you attach files, like adding papers to your envelope.
  1. Click Attach or Paperclip:
  • Click on the “Attach” option. It’s similar to putting a paperclip on your documents.
  1. Select Files:
  • A window will pop up asking you to choose files. Navigate to the location of your files (documents, pictures, etc.) and select them. It’s like placing your papers into the envelope.
  1. Attach Files:
  • Click “Attach” or “Open.” This is like sealing your envelope with the attached documents inside.
  1. Finish Composing Email:
  • Continue writing your email if you haven’t finished. Your attached files are like the documents inside your sealed envelope.
  1. Send Email:
  • Once your email is ready, click “Send.” This is equivalent to mailing your sealed envelope with the attached files.
