Email Collector does not sent notfication emails

I have configured email collector to insert new tickets from support and reply too.
New emails are coming only when a new ticket is created but when a reply is inserted there is not…

How can i configure to send notification emails on replies too…?

The question is, Who Your email Provider? Dolibarr works on gmail you need to know the “SMTP” “PORT” and STMP username password.

yeah, but Email Server also is Yours? Are you running an Email Server too? Like Exchange Server?

POP3/SMTP is the server …

I have done it and when the email collector inserts a reply on a already opened ticket no email arrives as on the a new ticket

Dolibarr version is 14.0.4
