We have been trialling dolibarr and are about to go live with it. We use Email Collector to create tickets but have found that only administrators can access Email Collector. I have created a short cut on the menu but non administrators get “access denied” when using it. There is no where to add user permissions for this module.
Am I missing something? I dont mind digging in the code a bit to “open up” access if anyone can point me in the right direction.
