I configured the Email Collector module, but I don’t see the results.
The module successfully connects to email, correctly displays “Number of emails in source directory”
Should an additional button or menu appear in the interface? I haven’t got anything new …
When there is a letter from a registered user in the mailbox, an entry is made in the client’s card in the section “Recent Related Events” - ActionAC_EMAIL_IN - and nothing more.
The link is inactive, no notifications do not occur.
What did I configure incorrectly?
Maybe someone has setup instructions?

As much as i know the email collector is not like a email client with an inbox.
It just collects the emails and checks if any of them are related with actions inside dolibarr, if so it saves them in the appropriated area.
For instance if you created a suppliers price quote and send an email to a supplier, when he answers with the same subject the email collector recognizes the email and saves it on the suppliers email area on his dashboard. I havent been able to configure the filters and actions for the email collector, but for what i know if you do it right you can specify where the emails are stored

Apparently, I did not correctly understand the purpose of this module. If it works like mine, then I don’t see the point in it. Although, this could be extremely useful if the email collector looked like an email client.
Or I haven’t set it up yet. Without proper instructions, one can only guess …
I think it can be very usefull as it is if we could find the instructions for the correct setup of the filters and operations, since it will keep all the relevant information together in one place.
Anybody has been able to find any guide for the setup of the filters and operations?

I was also able to set it up and work by adding the email responses from a proposal that I sent through dolibarr but the event is not really appearing on the related events of the proposal but only in my agenda
Is it something I am missing?
