Email Configuration Error

Installing my Dolibarr

I attempted to setup gmail on latest Dolibarr installation and,

  1. I have enable less secure app on my Google Account.

  2. I also enable 2-step authentication but I did not receive any email linked to Dolibarr setup.

  3. This is the error I get:
    “Error [120]: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 534 5.7.9 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=InvalidSecondFactor q8sm2243363otc.53 - gsmtp Error [130]: Invalid Authentication Credentials.”

Hi,

The issue is on your 2-step authentification.
See wiki : Setup EMails - Dolibarr ERP CRM Wiki

If the 2-steps authentication is enabled, this parameter is always disabled. In such a case, you must create a dedicated second password for your account. This can be done on: https://myaccount.google.com/security, menu “Application password”. Create a dedicated password. You must then use it instead of your standard Gmail password into setup (the login does not change).

I tried so many time as per your instruction mentioned above, still facing issue.

use port 2525 instead of 587
