We are using PHP version 7.4 and Dolibar 13.0.3. Suddenly we received this error message when sending emails from any type of CRM functions, PO, Invoices, Shipment Cards. The emails are actually being sent and received, however Doli states they are not. It also does not create a record of the sending of the email, which is a big problem.
Here is the error message:
Failed to send mail (sender=Private Xxxxxxx OÜ xxx@xxxxxxxxxx.eu, receiver=John Doe jd@xxxxxxx.ch)
Error [120]: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 555 5.5.2 Syntax error
Has anyone else experienced this and what can be done.
