Hi, I need to change the Helo format of the email sent to the smtp server but I cant find where I can do this.
I host my own server except for mail that I use relay for it and got bad Helo error

Did you find the solution? I’m experiencing the following errors with email configuration in Dolibarr:
Error [120]: Ran into problems sending mail. Response: 550 Bad HELO - Host impersonating domain name [mydomain.com]
Error [126]: ‘svdm050.serverneubox.com.mx’ refused the EHLO command.
Error after sending EHLO mydomain.com : 550
I tested the connection to svdm050.serverneubox.com.mx from my server, and it works fine (port is open and reachable).
Could you advise on how to resolve this 550 Bad HELO error in Dolibarr?
