Email settings

Using my Dolibarr

DOLIBARR ENVIRONMENT
- Version: 8.04
- Operating System: Windows 10
- Web Server: Apache/2.4.9 (Win32) PHP/5.5.12
- PHP: 5.5.12
- Database: MySQL or MariaDB 5.0.45-community-nt
- URL(s): [Affected URL(s)]

In the setup are the settings for E-mail as in the attachment.
When I test the server connection I get the message:
Server is not available on the IP-adres smtp.telenet.be with poort 587 - Error 0 –
I’ve contacted my provider telenet and asked if they see this as spam. They didn’t.
They say the settings are correct and that i must look to solve this problem in Dolibarr.
Is there anyone who can help me with that?

Hi JoHo,
Try to switch your email encryption settings. TLS (SSL) to NO and TLS (STARTLS) to YES.

Did that: no error when the server is tested.
But when I send a test e-mail:
Sending Mail failed (afzender=JoHoCompanie , ontvanger=johan.houwen@gmail.com)
Error [120]: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 501 EHLO requires valid address Error [126]: ‘tls://smtp.telenet.be’ does not support authenticated connections.
Still an error
