Enabling Tickets Module for External Users

We are currently working on setting up a Dolibarr instance for our company. The only real hold up is that by default, we can’t enable the tickets module for external users. We really want a one pane of glass approach for our customers and this offers that, except for the ticket piece. This is by far the closest application we’ve found that offers what we need, and would like to move forward with it, if we can get this figured out.

Does anyone have any insight on a way to enable external users to submit a ticket?
