Error 406 Not Acceptable (facture.php)

Installing my Dolibarr

When enabling the “terre” or “mercure” in Invoices and credit notes numbering module I get the following error message:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /company/htdocs/admin/facture.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any help would be much appreciated.

This looks like a problem in infrastructure (apache, php or memory) or installation, not in software.
On which kind on system do you host dolibarr ?

Thank you for your reply… What’s the memory size I should have?

128 MB into PHP max_memory setup should be enough.

It’s very wired that it can’t find the “facture.php” file… I have checked for that file and it’s in there. I don’t think it’s a memory size issue.

What do you think?
