Error 500 after upgrade to V16 and PHP 8.3

Hi,
I need to upgrade my Server to PHP 8
So I check with my purchased module. Bought the relevant upgrade of the module to latest which are compatible to PHP 8. InfraPack Plus 7 v11
I upgraded from V14 to V15 then V16
Everything working fine under PHP 7.4.3
I change the PHP to 8.3 and I get an ERROR 500
I switched back to PHP 7.4.3 … and it works again perfectly.
Can someone tells me if I’m missing something ?
