'Error Duplicate entry' - Can't find linked Docs

Hi Dolibarr Community,

in some of our product pages, we get a warning message stating:'Error Duplicate entry ‘%Document-Location’ for key ‘uk_ecm_files’.
When trying to open the linked document we get a blank page with: ‘ErrorFileDoesNotExists’

This does not apply to all product pages, old ones still behave normally.
The files are still on the server yet Dolibarr can’t make the connection. We found this bug report on Github which might be of help, yet we don’t quite get what he has done with his script at the bottom and how this can help us.

I appreciate any help I can get on this issue.

No one have an idea? We can’t use our stored files anymore.
