Error when edit public notes of propalsal on v14.0.3

Using my Dolibarr CRM/SRM Modules

Hi

When i edit the public notes , it will show a error as below :

How do i fix it ?

PS : It works fine when i edit private notes .
And this new dolibarr’s sql data is imported from other one , if i create a fresh new proposal , then there is no error when i edit public notes .

Also i have try to upgrade to v 15.0.2 , and still have this issue .

Update :
I have tested others as below :

  1. This issue will show in both proposal and order module .

  2. If you create new proposal or oder , then the issue will not show .

3.If you clone a old proposal or order , then the issue will show in clone proposal or order , too .
