Error with ODT template in project

Well after searching for 2 days for a solution, I give up. I’ve read the wiki

a dozen times. I started creating a new template from scratch, altered the existing page and I always get the error when creating the document in a project.

When editing the existing page I get everything working until I delete the Information not needed and get the same error.
When I leave all the info in it generates a document of more then 500 pages.

Is there someone who can help me or can tell me what I’m doing wrong.
I’m on a Ubuntu 18.04 linix machine with libreoffice 6.3.

Day 3 of trial and error. Now all odt files I changed give a internal server error 500. Seems nothing is going to work.

error 500 means php errors.
Check the logs

The 500 error disappeared. But creating a new odt template from the existing Template for projects is not working.
I deleted Libre office and installed Openoffice but that does not do the trick.
It keeps giving the following error.

Message: Error generating document for CommonObject. Error: 'projectfiles' segment not found in the document. The tag [!-- BEGIN xxx --] or [!-- END xxx --] is not present into content file.

In my document I do not use projectfiles.
I’ve been trying for 3 days.
Is there anybody who can help? I’m desperate!!!

Don some more reading on the subject on several forums.
Downloaded some template posted in these forums. Uploaded them as they are to try. none of them work.
Modified a template like I want it to be doing everything I read on those forums. But nothing works.
I keep getting that same error.
Is there no one who can help?
I’m desperate I even will pay for it.
Anybody???
