Excluding tax amount and Including Tax amount same error

I’m using dolibarr since last year but after upgrading it to 11.0.0 version im facing a peculiar problem where my Price of item excluding taxes is coming same in total amount including taxes.

Can you try to update to 11.0.2 ?

I did it and still facing the same issue.
