External site does not work Dolibarr 9.0.3

Hi,

I have updated the Dolibarr ERP to the latest version 9.0.3. And update was successful. After that, I can see my External Site does not work.

when I try to connect external site I am getting www.x.x.x.x.x.x.com refused to connect.

And I cannot see any error logs on on web server.

Can someone help to fix this?
