Extra space on Dolibarr Odt Invoice

Hi, Dolibarr community,

1- I have an issue with my Odt Invoice template that I created with OpenOffice, when I generate it, I get extra space after the lines (See screenshot).
How can I get rid of it?

2- I would like also to add the colon number on the left.
