Feature lost in 3.9.1

Using my Dolibarr

Hello,

Following a 3.9.1 update , all the datas registered since many years in the field “note de frais” are missing and only the new module is shown without old values.

This could be a big problem in the companies using Dolibarr !

How to find these old values ? In a table on the server ?

Did you try http://yourdolibarr/htdocs/compta/deplacement/list.php

Please use English terminology ‘Expense notes’ to get help from the English speaking community.

Yes this file is present on my server.
What may I do now?

Notice: I put 'Notes de frais" between " " because it’s the name in the French version of Dolibarr used.

If you type the file in you browser address bar I think you should see a list of your old ‘Notes de frais’ :wink:

You are probably right but my Dolibarr application is located on a remote server (1&1.de) and not on localhost.

It makes no difference if you are on localhost or a remote server, you can still replace your htdocs/index.php by htdocs/compta/deplacement/list.php in the address bar.

Is the deprecated expense notes module still enabled on your server.

What is appening ? :whistle:
I have many problems with the new module GRH :

  1. The datas registered in the old module are not present after an update from 3.9.0 to 3.9.1 version
    (Why the old and new module are not simultaneously present , the old one for the past, the new one for the future (if you agree with the fonctionalities)
  2. With the new module I cannot register datas for another person (even in admin mode) !
  3. It seems that the validation process is mandatory and not an option
  4. This module is too complicated for users who want to put an amount and the attached proof of expense.

The solution is to follow the Eldy proposal
“Go into home - setup - miscellaneous.
You can set MAIN_LEVEL_FEATURES to -1 so abandonned module should be visible.”
