How can I create a generic product for example “Wine” to be used in the composition of another product, the wine can be purchase from various brands and different packages, all this diferent purchased packages and brands of wine contribute to the stock quantity of the generic product.

I’m not sure why you would want to have a generic “wine.” Unless the wine from different vendors is the same price, same quality regardless [a commodity], your purchase record /cost basis/profit detail will be lost due to simply dumping all transactions into one single product.
That’s not what I’ve asked. What I want to do is not you business.
And that is how you don’t get help.
I understand it’s frustrating when you don’t get straight on the answer to the question you are asking, but bear in mind that you are still getting an answer and the person is trying to help you by seeing a possible underlying issue (see The XY problem)
I think the manufacturing module is what you are looking for, but I’ve never used it
