hello,
im new here too, but but i have very little computer experience. managerial and operations is my area.
My sister started a restaurant- seats 80.
She really needs an accounting program and given that it’s a new startup, their budget for software is non-existent.
My question.is only the CORE module free? and what does the CORE module consist of?

Dolibarr is opensource, free to use.
All the modules listed here : User documentation - Dolibarr ERP CRM Wiki
are part of the CORE.
