Help! error or bug on production install 3.0.1

Hello.
I really need some help on this (production installation)
I think it could be a bug on 3.0.1-
same database restored in 2.8.1 does not produce this error message.

I see a strange number difference between referrer and requested url maybe error could be somewere in factoure.php

"Dolibarr has detected a technical error…

When did you get error ? What is action ?
Also check you module invoice and see if numbering module is correctly setup.

Thanks Eldy, I was entering again the forum to comment this message in order to disregard it untill I can verify a couple of things.
As far as I can see problem could be local.
We have upgraded our server and that could be a reason of this. so I’m sorry for the previous message disregard it untill i can confirm an error.

Action is: asking for a customer invoice going next or back (arrows ) some invoices show this error
I’ll chek all customization before reporting back here to confirm or apologize here.
