I’m working in version 8.0.0. The previous developer made changes to the core code that makes it difficult for upgrades. I am in the process of removing the manually added field and adding them to the attributes table for each module. One of the manual changes I am working on is a field that updates when a user modified another custom field. For example, the user adds complementary attribute “Color”. They also have a field “Changed by” that the user cannot update and automatically gets updated to the current user. Is this functionality available using the complementary attributes in the module configuration?
I never got a reply on this and it’s still an issue. Any suggestions?
Another way to ask: Is there a way to update the value of a specific hidden attribute only when I change the value of a specific attribute?
