How can i show the bank account select field, When i create a new proposal?

When i create a new proposal, i want to select a bank account. :

but now ,i can’t find this option in INVOICES or PROPOSALS modules setup …

And i found the code by viewing the source code.
if you change to the “if(true)”, then i can see the bank account select field
