How can one set a default ticket message?

Hi,
Is it possible to set a default Message value for a ticket? If yes, how?
I already tried with url ticket/card.php?action=create and field message but that doesn’t seem to work!

You can change the deafult message in one of the php files of the ticketsystem:
STORY_Change ticket details from_FOLDER-core-triggers_FILE-interface_50_modTicket_TicketEmail.class.php
