it’s not this part “Home->Setup->Dictionaries-> Types of social or fiscal taxes” this part for adding category in at attribute “type”

These are fixed tables and you cannot add extrafields like you do in modules.
If you have a valid use case though and useful for others, you can make a feature request in the projects GitHub page for a new attribute field to be added.
What is your actual use case?
