How to change the date format in PFD file

HI hello,
how do we change the Date format in Dolibar? while generating the PDF file the date format is getting Confucius.

change the date format in language file, if you are using newer version you can also change translation from setup-translation, e.g. change FormatDateShort %d/%m/%Y
