I’ve enabled the function in “Other Setup” with TAKEPOS_ENABLE_SUMUP = 1.
Then, it appears two input fields in the TakePOS configuration SumUp Affiliate and SumUpAppId. However, I couldn’t get out where to find the proper values to be filled into these fields.
Hi Daniel,
I’ve tried to get this to work too. You need to create the SumupAffiliate and SumupAppId on the Sumup portal (Login, go to Account\Developers).
I’m still having problems though. After adding the ID’s I have a Sumup button in the Payment dialog, but clicking on the Sumup button does nothing. I would have expected it to establish connection with the Sumup terminal. No error messages or further information is displayed.
Using Sumups own application on the same system works as expected in establishing connection to the terminal and allowing payment to be made.
I hope someone can shed some light on how this is supposed to work…
Best regards
Peter
I have exactly the same problem as Peter. I was able to create the SumUpAffiliate and configure it in Dolibarr. I get the SumUp button in the POS. But nothing happens further. I would expect that when I click on SumUp, that the amount is automatically passed to the SumUp terminal. However, this does not seem to work. Does anyone have any advice?
Kind regards
Beat
I’ve been trying to get the TakePOS Sumup link to work for more than 3 years.
After updating to 18.0.4 I thought I’d give it another try. I still have the TAKEPOS_ENABLE_SUMUP = 1 and the same id defined.
It still doesn’t work but now when pressing the Sumup button in TakePOS a new tab is opened/then quickly closed in the browser (Chrome). I managed to transcribe what the URL says before the tab is closed:
