How to connect Microsoft office 365 with dolibarr

So I have been ushing Dolibarr and i need to retrieve reports like Stocks, Sales, Customer Statements, etc directly into Excel. I download office 365 free version but I don’t know how to connect to the Doliberr MySQL database and using SQL queries.
