How to do "Cash" sales?


I created a third party called “Cash” which is fine, however theirs no address or contact info, if the client wants a name / address on the invoice, how are others doing this? are they creating a whole customer to get around this issue on the invoice (meaning there are accounts in the system only ever used once)

Quickbooks allows you to manually type info in the Customer box in each invoice using the same Cash customer account, there by personalizing that invoice to each one under the same account…

How are others doing this?
