How to edit existing top and left menu

I am required to edit some top and left menu by my superiors.
How can I edit the menu items inside the billing | payment module?

  1. I want to separate the payment and reporting from the left menu of the module but I cant find the sourcecode location.
  2. I want to edit the top menu that suits our own business flow that combining the billing, accounting, and bank into one tab and then separate them at the left menu.

Hi,
To edit menus Go to
Home–>Setup–>Menus
Switch to Auguria menu to edit

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately when I tried to change to auguria menu all of my menu on top and the left side disappears and it said failed to initialize menu auguria

Same thing happen to me here. Auguria Menu is not working.
