Guys, I have Dolibarr 3.8.2 installed, I have noticed that i have an error in the project section which i have no idea how to fix and i was wondering if someone can have a look at it and let me know what to do to fix it.

what works, what not ? please describe what you are doing. was the doli working bevore ?
did you move any parts? is yout db-server up ?
can you login again ?
Hi Woolfgang, nothing seem to be broken apart form the the (-1) in the project tab opportunity status field. I have set the project to to follow leads/opportunities. thus is a new function as 3.7 did not had it. I have notice too that this happened after the upgrade which was done through to and automatic script form Instalatron this facility is use by my web host to install all sort of web software.
i have no problem with logging in and everything else seems to work ok but i canāt select the opportunity status see picture.
I want to upgrade to 3.8.3 i think is the latest revision.

i have seen your picture, so i swiched in my installation (3.8.2) to follow opportunitys and made new project. but i have a popup and not a -1, so i think you miss a table where the values for the popup are inside. iām new to dolibarr but when i make a select to a empty database or a non exististing table i get a -1 as result. if this is so, your update did not generate this table and your popup is empty (or -1) i dont know.
do you have access to the database ? fo example phpmyadmin ? if we search the code and can locate the missing table, i can send you the content or a database-dump of a nearly new installationā¦ i have no better solutionā¦
(please write in future a better subject than āhow to get supportā like āproject malfunction after update to 3.8.2ā so other people can find your problem much more easy)

iām not a spezialist for doli but this days i try some code-modification to understand doli better. i can not simulate your problem but i search for code-position where it happensā¦
Okay Wolfgang, can you help with how I can index the users name on the list order? What I mean is that, user that post report should come on the list order so as to know who post sales without looking at the one whom particular customer is assigned to.

go to setup -> Dictionary setup - Opportunity status for project/lead and look if there are some entryās
i switched all off and after this i had a disabled opportunity-status when i create a new project, but i have not -1, itās empty. so i think you have no entry, please add one and reply to me

I think there has been a little bit of a mixed up here as I the user āMeggaable1ā has post a question that has got you confused.
I had a look at your last entry in which you ask to have a look at the Dictionary setup - Opportunity status for project/lead and there is nothing there. I have installed a new copy of Dolibarr on my web host and i have compared yes there are missing all of the entries. I have tried to add them but i get and error as you can see in the attached file.
I have access to mysql admin within spannel which is what my service provider allows but i dont have command line. i could add the fields but i dont know what to include see attachment file.

i can not read the error in your picture, the resolution is verry low. but i think itās like i think.
the top-error tryes to attach the database-table (i think it not exist, but i can not idetify the error in the lousy picture)
the second error is (i think but my eyes are not from jesus) is to insert into a table that not exist
so send please a better picture then i can have a look (or you self) to the database
search the name of the database like llx_name_i_dont_know_but_should_be_in_errortext if it exist, if not your installation did not create
how did you install ?? are you on mac ? there i never did anything, so install apache and copy the zip-install (extracted) to the apache server and try again.
but first look for the missing table (the name in the errortext i can not read)
i think that iām online today but with pause between, during the next days iāll test different things in dollibar to understand the system and so i can learn with your problem, so let me knowā¦ (but iām new in doli, always remember this!!)
