How to manage internal product consumption?

Hello everybody, I’m a pretty new Dolibarr user, I tried to search the forum and external modules but couldn’t find a way to solve my problem.
I work in a company that both sells and internally uses the same products and I’m searching a way to track internal product use, specifically I’d like to be able to reduce the stock quantity of a product without manually changing the stock but rather marking them as something like “Internal use”, it should be something like an invoice but not involving the creation of a real invoice with billing, it should only decrease by the given amount my stocks.

Do you have any suggestion on what to do? Is there an internal or external module providing this functionality? Is there a better way than I tought?

hello, maybe you can create a virtual warehouse for internal use and mak stock transfer between your sell warehouse and this one ?

Thank you altatof, I’ll propose this solution and see if it works!
Just to get it clear: as of now internal consumption is not something dolibarr v3.9.2 deals with, neither with core modules nor with external addons, right?
