How to set 24 hour clock?

Hi,
Struggling with date and clock issues, browsed the forum for answers, but without success!
How to set 24 hour clock, and ddmmyyyy date format instead of mmddyyyy?

Hi,
Issue solved changed Home>Setup>Display>Default language to en_GB and now it looks okay!
