How to set the correct the " Limits and accuracy "?

My limits setting is as below

Most of case the tax caculation is correct .
But sometimes is not .
As case as below , the tax should be 815 , but it shows 814 .

How do i set limits correctly ?

Try to increase the Max. Decimals for unit and total : Put at least 5.
