I am enjoying Dolibarr and would like to get better and make it our number one ERP. First impressions are really important for us and when we are sending a proforma to our prospective customers/clients we want them to have confidence in our company. We want to do this by customising a few things on the standard proforma/commercial proposal and invoices such as the below:
- Add sales person’s name on the proforma/commercial proposal/invoice
- Move our VAT number from the bottom to the top in the box where our details show
- Show the delivery date
- Show our banking details on the proforma/commercial proposal/invoice depending on which bank account we chose when creating this document
- Insert advertising of brands on the documents
Can someone who has managed to do this share how I can easily customise the above or the code to use. I am not a programmer but I know where to get the files and open the code editor, or if I need to do this on the ODT document how do I go about it. I have looked at the wiki on the forum and it’s just not user friendly. Please help. Thanks a lot in advance
