I have the same database errors. I installed the Bitnami Dolibarr VM, created a couple of user accounts, turned on a number of modules, everything was working. I shut down the VM and rebooted the host machine. Now I get this message on the web page when trying to connect:

Hi,

I am having the same problem…Dolibarr is installed on a bitnami machine…everytime I restart the machine, I get the message below…sometime the problem disapear alone after a number of restart…I had enough of this problem…please someone help?
