Import module strange issue 403

hello all
sorry about this but I have forgotten the way… during the mass import from csv file of my old dolibarr to the new D v11 I find this issue.

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access this resource.

before open this issue I made a double check with my provider and all is “ok”… apparently

PLEASE HELP!!!

The problem is solved by the hosting provider that had customized rights of his modsecurity tool
