Hello

I am using version 17.0.2 and am having difficulty importing a list of products via excel. Everything goes well, in the test no errors appear but when I do the import nothing appears in the product list. I attach an image with the result of the import.

Any help on this? I dont understand how the import occurs without errors but no data is inserted into the table… it’s frustrating

As you can see in your screenshot, errors are displayed for both “target tables” and “target fields”.

The import process happens imho in 2 (or more) steps:

  1. read and interpret the importfile (correct number of fields, values in the fields, …)
  2. write the data into the tables

Please post here an example of the Excel import file then we can possibly help.

when i run the simulation there are no errors as you can see in the screenshot

btw: in your screenshot the errors are gone. Did you finished the import after the simulation?

Resolved, I ran the import directly on the DB server machine and everything went fine, it shouldn’t be like this…

BTW, thanks for the co-operation and help.
