Need help (as a very new user),. We’re trying to import our ‘products’ but repeatedly get errors for columns 16,17,18, 20. We have changed to format several times to no avail.
Actual doc to import is attached so we’re open to any support on offer.

Can you please share the document you are using to import and populate the Products file? I cannot see the attachment you mention in your first post.
I am trying to perform a Product Import, but I am having trouble defining the csv file I am supposed to use.

By the way, just today I have migrated to Dolibarr 3.6.
The problem I was having does not replicate in this version. The .CVS file you have sent me, which I have received by mail, will help.

How do you migrate or get the upgraded versions when they come out??
