Hi, I would be grateful for advice as I keep getting the dreaded ‘Fatal Error - max timeout of 30 seconds’ when trying to import a file of Third Party Contacts (9000 records).
I have successfully imported the Third Parties (similar number of records).
Worryingly I have amended the php.ini to allow 300 not 30 seconds but the import still fails and reports that it fails after 30 seconds.
Am I missing another setting that needs amending?
Help is appreciated.

Hi,
It depends on how and where dolibarr is installed.
Its is via dollywamp on a local windows machine.

Ok then what is the path of the php.ini you have modified ?
Have you restarted doliwamp after the modification ?
OK so there are a number of instances of php.ini within the dolibarr folders and I have changed them all! But I think that the operative one is down below the apache path??
And yes I have stopped and started doliwamp + restarted the machine from scratch too.
For some reason, the changes dont seem to be being made effective.
I did have another bitnami instance running, but I have removed that.
Are there other places that php would get timeout settings?
