Impossibility to create a BOM

Hello everyone ! I need some help please.

I just use this software at work, andI try to creat a new BOM, with the TUTO /www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ptwwsWdM2U

However, when I validat my new BOM, this next window appeared (see screenshot)

So, as you constat, I haven’t the possibility to complete more my BOM with the list of components or links …

Please, do you know what I have to do to fixe it?

Seems to be a crash => Verify your hosting logs.
What PHP version do you use ?
