is it me or when i like to sent a email to employ of a company i go in to this person under contacts and select here/him select send mail and in this window i was expecting that i cut tag a template when i have a standard message to him/here

In Setup/Emails/Email templates, you can define a template visible everywhere that will also apply to contacts. Or are you looking for something more specific ?

Hi Niels,
Template selection field appears when you have several applicable templates. It looks like you have only the system default template available here. You should first ensure you created a mail template relevant for this type of object, or all object types as I was mentioning previously, and that it is enabled (green button on the email template listing). It all this is ok, then you have a bug somewhere…

okay i find that it shut stand to “every one” then it is show up even if it stand to user it is not showing up
i think it is missing a “tag” Tredjepart/employed

yes if i make it visible in all places it works but if only won a see it when will mail to customer employer
