I’m working with 3.6.1 version which I installed from CPanel provided by my hosting provider. My first impression is that you have a briliant solution here. Congratulations.
On the other hand, I’m currently facing a problem that I believe is related to my server’s configuration, but need your confirmation. The problem is that I’m trying to change Invoice module configuration in order to use .odt templates instead of the crabe default model. When I click on the button to enable ODT/ODS templates, I receive a 404 Page Not Found error, and the resources usage increases: CPU to 100% and “entry processes” (currently limited to 20) reach its limit.
Could you kindly confirm what should “entry processes” max value should be? Any other idea why am I receiving this 404? The full URL is (after domain name, of course):
I understand the permissions settins you are talking about but, for which files? ODT/ODS templates directory ? If so, I’ve verified and yes, they both directories and files have the proper permissions settings.
Regarding conf.php, I’ve changed permissions from 400 to 444.
After checking that, I’ve tested again with same result.
I’d like to remark again that this is an automated installation from an application installation robot called Installatron, which is part of the CPanel solution. This automation is supposed to be one-click and already tested. I use other applications installed with it.
