Installing my Dolibarr

Dear All,

Im facing some problems with the installation as below,

Warning: mysqli::__construct(): (HY000/1045): Access denied for user in C:\xampp\htdocs\dolibarr\htdocs\core\db\mysqli.class.php on line 216

Did anyone face the problem for line 216? How can I solve the line 216 problem? Thank you.

The error is clear, the user is denied to access to the database.
