Installation v14.0.5 => Setup - Modules not shown

After a fresh installation of v14.0.5, none of the modules are shown on the Setup → Modules page. Are there any suggestions how to fix this?

Yes, downgrade to PHP 7.4

Dolibarr V14 is not compatible with PHP V8
